1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using snip.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
snip.site is an AI-powered website generation service operated by Stranger Studios, LLC. You provide images (such as business cards, flyers, or logos) and a text description, and our AI generates a complete, hosted website for you. Sites are hosted at snip.site subpaths and are publicly accessible.
3. Account & Access
You access your account via a magic link sent to the email address you provide at purchase. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email address. Do not share your login links with others. One purchase creates one site tied to one email address.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use snip.site to create websites that:
- Impersonate another person or business (phishing, scams, fraud)
- Contain illegal content or promote illegal activity
- Host adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic material
- Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, threaten, or defame any person or group
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy at our sole discretion.
5. Content Rights
You retain ownership of the content you provide to generate your site (images, text, descriptions). By using the service, you grant us a license to host and display that content as part of your generated website.
The generated website code and design are produced by AI and hosted on our infrastructure. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or take down any site at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of our Acceptable Use policy, legal requirements, or operational needs.
6. Payment
snip.site operates on a simple pricing model:
- $5 one-time payment — creates your site and includes 10 edits to refine it
- $5 for 10 additional edits — available anytime you need more changes
All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
At this time, we do not offer refunds. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
7. Limitation of Liability
snip.site and all generated websites are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that sites will be available without interruption, that generated content will be error-free, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stranger Studios, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service and remove your site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes situations where we believe you have violated these terms, or for any operational, legal, or business reason.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of snip.site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
